Review: Gave my car to [redacted] to fix axle and fuel pump, I had to get parts myself paid for all of them to save him time and trouble.it took him 3 weeks and $250 for his labor on top of the $230 in parts my car still wasn't fixed and was told I could drive it when the axle was missing the cotter pin, 2 bolts and a ring witch could have caused a accident or more. I took my car to another repair shop to have it fixed and they found all the safety violations and fixed them for me and gave me pictures for my records.now [redacted] is harassing me saying I owe him $100 still for unfinished and unsafe work,Desired Settlement: Want to be left alone and not harassed.

I am writing to the response from a complaint against our business ms [redacted] came into our shop to have axles and wheel cylinders on she insisted she buy her own parts which came from a junk yard we recommended to her she buy new ones but she was not going to do that my secretary took her car back to her it w as running fine no noises or anything when ms [redacted] got in the car she popped the clutch made a hard left and broke the clip inside the axle she has been going around saying horrible things about my business the car was he re for a week not 3 and if she would not have been driving the car the way she did it may still be running ok I told her not to drive the car and she insisted on taking it thank you if you have questions you can reach me at [redacted]

His mom drove my car because he has no lisense, they never offered to get my parts and only one came from junk yard witch was best for that part. His mother was the first one to tell him that the car was shaking and making noise,and I drive for a living have a perfect driving record and a safe driving certificate .
