I look for the service of this people back on Feb this year, they came to my home and fix the radiant floors, the bill was around $800.00 which I paid with no problem, few days later it broke down again. they came over and fix it again. I did not use the system at all during the summer. but around July the tenants in my basement notice water leaking from the same parts [redacted] I called them again they came over and they said that it was other part they quote me over the phone and I agreed on paying. I trusted them. They came over my house and after the job was done they said that instead of $400. they needed to charge $800. at that point I was so mad I told them I will only was going to pay them for what they quoted me. And they did not want to do it. I did not pay them at all. A few days later I called their manager at their store and explained the problem, but he said that he was going to look into it. He called me back and said that they made a mistake and I had to pay the full amount. On top of that they send me to collections. they are the worst business to deal with. they take advantage of people because we dont know or understand the plumbing system. My house is a brand new house [redacted]
