Allowed Danny *** and NW CarZone to repair my F-FXafter a two vehicle collision Insurance assessment was ~$20,in damages The truck developed front suspension, front drive, and wheel alignment issues after repairs were complete The right front tire wore out in a matter of months Took it back We discovered that they had replaced the badly worn tire with my brand new spare and replaced my good spare with a 2nd hand tire that would not even hold air We discovered this years later when replacing all tires The terrible humming sounds returned recently Took the truck to a Ford dealership for evaluation The locking hubs have been engaged full time for years due to disconnected vacuum lines at the Integrated Wheel End (IWE) solenoids They have been destroyed and must be replaced NW CarZone also removed the front end drive shaft totally disabling the front half my 4xsystem ....but they fixed the hum I was complaining about I just didn't know that my wheel drive would never work Don't trust them to fix your lawn mower or adjust an A/C thermostat
Simple oil change: I told them that there are different oil filters for that size engine and that this one takes the larger diameter filter They installed the smaller filter even though I had already given them the information they needed to do it correctly When I returned it, they wanted to argue about it I insisted and they took care of it If that's the experience of a simple oil change, I wouldn't have them work on any of my vehicles in the future
