I am clarifying the response for accurate representation of the facts.  Over 4 months after my mother's passing, numerous contacts with Dove Hill, admission on the phone by [redacted] that he was providing untruth statements for 3 months and that going to the state of Texas was my best recourse, then only after Revdex.com was involved did they finally send a check in late July 2016.  Thanks to the efforts of Revdex.com a check was received with unknown deductions. Any responsibly responsible accounting practices would show the line items involved in a deducting money from a refund.Their statement of "The entire month was returned" was untruth full.  At a cost of $117 per day for March the amount paid was $3,627.  Returning $2,553.09 is not the "entire month".  Dove Hill has continued to misrepresent the facts.  There are no outstanding amounts due to Dove Hill.

actually over paid him. The entire month was returned to [redacted] without the $137.91 a total of $2553.09. When actually there was a balance due for the time frame from 3/1/16-3/8/2016 . I do not know why [redacted] returned the entire month amount instead of adjusting the statement and returning the correct amount.   However that being the case we will be billing [redacted] the balance due minus the $137.91 which at $117.00 totals out to be $798.10. [redacted], The Revdex.com had nothing to do with the check that was cut. The policy is to hold the returns until all third party payer  sources have paid. The check was cut to you when it should not have been because the $137.19 was still outstanding from insurance. The $137.19 was applied from the private amount witch is also agreed upon at time of admission.     This always takes at least 30 days and even longer when there is an outstanding amount due. So involving the Revdex.com at the late date had nothing to do with it. But you may see this differently. I do not know why [redacted] did not communicate this to you but he is not here to defend himself. I really have never found where you paid the $3627.00. But that refund was worked out at another level.   [redacted]
