On or about April 4, 2017, Mr [redacted] DBA Mister Clean came to our home office at Silent Hollow to quote a cleaningHe stated that he would address the light fixtures, windows, ceiling fans, base boards, kitchen chairs in addition to the standard counter tops, floors, dusting, etcHe quoted $for this serviceOn April 13, Mister Clean arrived at our home/office to perform said servicesUpon my arrival at approx 1:30pm I entered the house/office at which time I proceeded to inspect the quality of the services providedIt didn't appear to me that anything had been doneI find this service and/or company to be unsatisfactory and incompleteWhen I reached out to Mr [redacted] to discuss my complaint he stated that "it will never be perfect"I asked him for a refund which he declined

I took two Samsung Galaxy Note 2's into Dove Instant Wireless to get minor cracks fixed on each screen When I called in, the guy quoted me as $for each phone, when I arrived the price changed to $a phone We left the phones with the man, as he told us to come back in a couple of hours and he would have no problem fixing them When we returned he handed us the first phone, (leaving the second in the back) and tried to just charge us for it I insisted on testing it out, and when I did, the touch screen did not work at all He pretended he did not know it didn't work then said that he needed to order a digitizer to properly fix the phone and it would cost an additional $140, saying whoever fixed the screen the last time did it wrong and that's why it didn't work when he did it The phone has never had its screen replaced When we told him we didn't want to do that because we didn't trust what he was saying, he brought the second phone from the back, completely torn apart and with the original screen in pieces We told him he needed to put it back together and he said he didn't want to waste his materials putting it back together, because it wouldn't work anyway Both phones we working perfectly when we brought them to his business, both with one minor crack in the screen each, neither had replacement screens in the past Dove Instant Wireless broke two perfectly good phones, then when we complained, he lied, called us names, attacked us and refused to compensate us I would like to be compensated for the price of both phones
