A copy of policy is attachedOn page of the policy it states 25% of the premium is earnedMeaning if you cancel the next day the company holds on to 25% of the premiumFurther the fees are fully earned.Finance agreement- same information is provided under the Schedule of Policies section25% ME and $under the ERN TXS/FEES.This is standard across the commercial insurance world!! Every commercial policy has a minimum earned and fee that is earned at inceptionThe insurance company has to invest in the policy and set aside a certain amount of money for the policyIn return they say that if you cancel the policy at any point 25% is automatically earned.Furthermore, if [redacted] has any grievances(which he doesn't because this is how the market/industry operate) they should be geared towards the insurance company not the brokerage
