Also, after breaking the communication barrier, Dove Professional Apparel resolved my issue in a timely and professional manner. I received a phone call from the GM, who shared my concern of a lack of communication. He quickly corrected the issue and I believe that he will work to ensure that this issue will not happen again. I am very satisfied with the outcome of this complaint.
