When Mr. [redacted] submitted his rental application for the [redacted] property he reported that his monthly income was 8.5 times the stated rental amount equal to $6834 per month. Our rental criteria states that "monthly income should be equal to three times the stated rent, and must be from a...

verifiable, legal source". Mr. [redacted] provided proof of income totaling $1653 which is two times the stated rent amount. We requested from Mr. [redacted] on 07/23/15, 07/24/15 and 07/25/15, proof of additional income equaling approximately $900. Mr. [redacted] stated that he was self employed "on the side" and that his boss would provide the information when he returned from Italy, but we never received any additional income verification from Mr. [redacted] nor any other person. A rental applicant is approved ONLY after they have met ALL the screening criteria and a property is not rented until the property is secured with funds from an approved applicant. We provide everyone the same opportunity to be approved for a property, we may receive several applications and be processing them at the same time. However, once an applicant is approved they are notified and the applicant has 24 hours to secure a property with funds. If they fail to secure the property with funds the next approved applicant has the same opportunity and so on. In Mr. [redacted] case, we were never able to approve his application because he failed to provide the proof of income as we requested. I am sorry that Mr. [redacted] did not get the home he had picked out, however we have offered other homes for Mr. [redacted] consideration based on the income verification he has provided. We have also offered to provide Mr. [redacted] with additional homes for consideration once he provides our office with the additional income verification that we have requested. In both cases Mr. [redacted] has refused and stated that "he wanted this home". We are happy to work with Mr. [redacted] and do what we can within the guidelines of our rental criteria in hopes of finding a home that he will enjoy for many years.

I have proof to back up my statements like the 11 phone calls I had to make to make sure things were fine and to remind her my partner was coming tuesday & I would have what she asked of 3 times the rent,  She had made no effort to help, Only to E-mail me back that my $45.00 cleared for my background check (i think she had no one applying )[redacted] that is not a fact, I can not prove that** What is fact and I find saddy that she send a paper stating she ran my creit and low & behold I didn`t pass and she would not return my money, Well for one she ran it 3 days after she rented the place and 8 days after we first started and I paid, If I never met her criteria then why run it, Now would you do business with her after that ? I have said my statement and won`t repeat that, but think I do have a case for Discrimination because I have an outstanding rental & mortgage payment record, but because the wife came down with cancer and I focused on saving her & spent a but load of money. then to lose anyway  ,she died, theres more to life then money, I can make more , I just don`t show it on paper, I dont need much, I can`t see throwing money at a place I don`t want to live until this place and was lead to beleave  I was set for this place for a weekSincerely,[redacted]
