Review: I have two windows that need to be replaced. I contacted the store where I got them and they said they are having a hard time getting ahold of someone at doveDesired Settlement: to have my windows replaced because they are under warranty
Help I have problems with my windows...who can I can in the USA?
Review: I had Dove windows installed in my home. All of the small ones, five, have had significant problems with the locks and handles not working. I cannot use these windows any longer, since they are locked closed. Since I have had trouble with all of them, it seems that this is a design flaw which should be covered under their warrantee.Desired Settlement: I would like to have replacement locks and window handles for five small windows.
