Dover Cylinder Head Service

Terrible work! I took my cylinder head in to get tested for cracks,resurfaced,cleaned and checked for bent valves and Jim (President of the shop) told me over the phone that he would do it for I called him a few days later and he said it needs a valve job which would cost me an additional This is crazy! I decided to just go pick up my cylinder head and pay the I get to the shop and upon examining my cylinder head,it appeared as if an amateur sprayed some brake cleaner on it and wiped it somewhat cleanThe valves weren't removed so I know the valves weren't checked for bendsAt this point, I just want to pay and never do business with this shop EVER again! I tried handing Jim my debit card to pay my bill and he said,"I don't take cards." He said ,"You can go to the [redacted] down the road." I said, "That's weird because your website says you take numerous different cards." Then he asked,"Does it?" I decided that I wasn't going to waste my time going to [redacted] to withdraw for a job that doesn't look like he did anything but clean it up someI could still see remnants of the old head gasket and for dollars I should see a new looking cylinder head! I drove a minute drive only because he had great reviews on Google! I guess it's not that hard to create fake google accounts to make yourself look good! Jim (President of Dover) called me the next day and I told him that there was still oxidation and rust remnants on my valves and he said," Awwww don't give me that ***! Come give me bux today or i'm throwing your [redacted] in the trash!" And then he hung up on meI tried calling him back but he didn't answerSo I called him from my wife's phone and he answeredI told him he can shove it up his [redacted] and he told me,"I hope you take your ***whoopin like a man!" The guy is very rude! Needless to say, he still has my cylinder head if he hasn't trashed it On further Investigation, I've learned that this Business is not even activeThat explains the "cash only" option.See link below [redacted]
