Review: I Had Intendant to Put the Up Most Trust in the The Sales Person and the finance guy by the name of [redacted] and I was chorused into a power train warranty that I soon found out that was not needed. I believe that the Dealer Ship Had Know age of the Existing powertrain warranty that was on the vehicle. They also Did not Honor an Add for the same make and model and vin that was in the Auto Shopper magazine. After Careful Review of the Contract that I Signed there was a total of 4000.00 that don't add up. I Relize that the Head Finance Women Had Been Very Good to me. But They Want a Down Payment that Don't add Up.Desired Settlement: As Well As Get Everything Processed and Call It a A Day with Me. And Lets Leave On Mutual Grounds..... With Everything Settled. with Out Legal Terms.
Review: I purchased the vehicle from them on june 12th 2013 and the car was on their website but it was located at one of there partner dealerships to be exact it was at franklin Sussex auto so my salesman chris went to pick the car up to sell it to me however the car only had one key and no owners manual he informed me that he would get me the spare key and the owners manual. about a week after I had the car I noticed the fog lights did not work and the roof rack was missing a piece to hold it secured to the car [redacted] and the manager [redacted] informed me that they would get the parts and that I would hear back from one of them the next day. the next day came and passed and I never got a call from either of them. three weeks later my temp tag was a day away from being expired so I called them to see if my license plates were in and I was informed the plates and registration was there so I went to pick them up on 7/10/13 so I asked the salesman that gave me my plates if he knew about my fog light bulbs and the roof rack part and my spare key and owners manual I was told I would receive he was not sure so went into [redacted] office to ask him and I overheard [redacted] tell the sales guy to tell me that they would call me back the sales guy told him I wasn't on the phone that I was in the showroom so they sent my salesman [redacted] out and he told me that they did not have the key for me that it is illegal for them to give me a spare key that they didn't have the owners manual so he went out to a 2008 jeep on their lot and gave me that one well my jeep is a 2009 also he said my lights could only be fixed on a Monday Tuesday or Wednesday and if I could go one of those days to their service department tell them about the roof rack part I was told they would get along with the bulbs for me. So basically I got nothing I was promised I would get so that's why I am turning to you for your help pleaseDesired Settlement: the outcome I desire would be to receive the items [redacted] and [redacted] told me I would receive that being a spare key for the car the proper owners manual the fog light bulbs and the roof rack part that was missing
