Review: My husband and I rented a photo booth from dream events(as recommended by the coral house) for our wedding reception. I have all email correspondence between [redacted] and [redacted] stating we would receive a photo booth with a copy of photos & videos on a flash drive (but no attendant or scrapbook). The day of, there ended up being an attendant who appeared to be there only because the booth was broken. Many of our guests complained that they didn't receive copies because it wasn't printing. I assured them that we would give them copies when receive the flash drive. This is extremely embarrassing to deal with on your wedding day. I was told the flash drive would arrive in a week, then it was two weeks, then it was a month. Finally after getting the runaround from [redacted], I got in touch with him and all of a sudden he tells me we were never entitled to the copies. When I asked why he was ignoring my calls he said that he should have hung up on me. When I told him that we chose to have the booth instead if a photographer so these were our only photos, his response was "who does that?!" In a rude condescending tone. I asked who I could speak to that was professional and was told there was no one that could help me, as [redacted] is the [redacted] of dream events.Desired Settlement: Own up to what you've done, be professional and do the right thing. A full refund would be appropriate since the service agreed to were not rendered by dream events. I will be taking you to court for this if you do not respond.
