Review: The business in question failed to complete the job after asking for 200 dollars up front for materials and supplies. Tried to contact business directly several times, couldn't get a response. Business was hired 8-16-13 which is when he cashed my check.Desired Settlement: refund of money since he did not complete the job he was hired to do in August 2013.
