After our our yearly maintence appointment yesterday, the technician FLOODED our basement because he did not know how to work our hybrid system! When we called Dover Oil, the answering service hung up on us several times, dispatched the call to the wrong technician, and we are STILL WAITING for a supervisor to call us back!! HORRIFIC SERVICE, NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, AND DEFINATELY NOT WHAT THEY PROMISE! What happened to this family owned business and quality high standard service?

Review: I recently converted from Oil to gas in my home due to the existing furnace having a hole in the fire box. Just a note, this company has no records of the condition of the furnace that was in my home. I called to have my existing [redacted] tank removed from my basement. Upon first request, I asked if this service was free. I was told by the woman on the phone that since it was a [redacted], that the removal is free. I proceeded to schedule the appointment and have the tank removed. After the tank was out of my home and in their truck was the first time I heard about this $200 removal fee. If I knew of this fee, I would have removed the tank myself and had a friend dispose of the tank. I contacted Dover oil and spoke to the manager [redacted]? and he informed me that there is a fee and said sorry with a chuckle following this 'apology' This type of business practice is unfair and I do not believe that I should be responsible for this additional cost since I knew nothing of this prior to the removal of the tank.Desired Settlement: I would like my account to be credited the $200 that I paid for this service
