I am Mark D***, owner of Dove's Auto Incin Fayetteville, WV I am writing this letter about the *** Nissan Pathfinder with 87,miles purchased on 5-24-The vehicle came back on 6-8-2017, with the check engine light on, but vehicle was running fineThe customer had put 1,miles
on the vehicle since purchasedAn emissions part was put on the vehicle and returned to the customerThe vehicle came back on 6-14-with 2,miles since purchasedWe replaced the coil pack and fixed the problemThe vehicle came in again 6-20-2017, 2,miles since purchasedWe cleaned the injectors, fixed the problem, recommended 'A tank of fuel to be kept in tank alwaysTank was on emptyCustomer seemed satisfiedDid not hear from customer for approximately six months, said check engine light was on again and insisted we fix it for free_ (All previous repairs had been at dealer's expense)Dove's Auto warranty is engine and transmission, 50/for days or miles, which ever comes firstOn the first return, the vehicle had already exceeded the 1000mile warranty from dealerWe are fair and take care of customersMost of our customers are repeat and referralsMost of our vehicles have between 80,and 120,milesWe service all vehicles before they go on the lotWe Keep records of all work done on vehicles, available upon requestIf I can be of further help, please contact me at ***

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]This RESPONSE IS  VERY UNACCEPTABLE ,  I REALLY  CANT BELIEVE THIS  , HE HAS NEVER  TRIED TO  HELP ME  AND  , THE REPAIRS HE DID , DID NOT FIX THE CAR , THIS CAR IS A LEMON AND I HAVE IT IN THE SHOP AS OF NOW AGAIN  SAME  REOCCURING PROBLEMS  , THIS CAR SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN SOLD TO ANYONE , so Im suppose to pay for a car for the next four years  that spends  all its time  in the shop and  is braking me up financially  and go out and  get another vehicle  that isnt a lemon so I can get to work , Bet this is the same response given to anyone  that buys a  lemon from his lot ,  The vehicle is  cosmedically  a very nice vehicle , mechanically , it  has so many problems its not funny , I do not know  why anyone  trying to do business would be so unreasonable  I cannot accept this
