*** regarding complaint #*** against Dovin Reber Jones Funeral Home in Amherst, OH, this complaint has been resolvedWe met with the funeral home director yesterday and she has agreed to refund my mother $towards her own funeral, and assured us that they will be changing their policy regarding the cost of cremation jewelry so that future families will know the exact cost before they leave the funeral homeI filed and earlier complaint through the Revdex.com for this same issue but do not have the tracking numberPlease be sure that the funeral home's name is cleared on that complaint as well as we are satisfiedThank you for your helpSincerely, *** * ***

The rings that they ordered were $ 479.00 + $ 20.00 shipping and handling charge. On the third ring that was purchased we did not charge them the shipping fee. We also did not charge the family for the register book or memory cards. I have been in contact with the family and have a scheduled meeting with them to discuss this matter.
