I am very disappointed in this [redacted] companyI bought a small log cabin packageI took two weeks off to build the cabin with other men I hiredWhen I arrived [redacted] was not ready and said the logs were not ready [redacted] did not remember that her was to go over how to build the building that dayThey did not deliver the cabin on timeI had already paid 50% of the money as a down payment, so I had no choice but to waitThey partially delivered some logs a week late, but it only took me 1/days to complete this partial deliveryTwo weeks of vacation time off work for nothingA month late, they finally had the rest of the materials ready but would not deliver unless I paid them in cash ahead of deliveryI had to contact my lawyer to arrange deliveryI finally had to pay $to arrange for a boom truck to deliver, although the contract stated delivery was includedThey took $of the final price, but this did not cover the cost of deliveryIt was a horrible experienceThe cabin is also faultyThey use butt joints between logs that leakWhen it rains, the water leaks into my building and stains the interiorThere is another house from them in [redacted] that has the same problem [redacted] I have contacted Canadian Log Home Supply who will be shipping specialized materials to correct this terrible product and the leaks in the jointsWhat I had hoped would be a fun experience building a log cabin was miserable [redacted] is a great salesman and sold me on their product, [redacted]
