I subscribed to the WSJ week trial periodMy subscription ran out and I was automatically charged without my knowledge or consentI tried to contact WSJ but they just gave me the runaround I have noticed that other customers have had similar problemsThere is no reason this should be an issue, they should at least send you an email before processing a payment on your credit card, this is unheard of
I subscribed to the WSJ 12 week trial period. My subscription ran out and I was automatically charged 32.00 without my knowledge or consent. I tried to contact WSJ but they just gave me the runaround.
I have noticed that other customers have had similar problems. There is no reason this should be an issue, they should at least send you an email before processing a payment on your credit card, this is unheard of.
