We ordered a probe from Herbert on 06/02/At first Herbert was very easy to get a hold of, spoke clearly, called back promptlyAfter he received our money, which he would only accept via wire transfer, he basically disappearedWe called and emailed him over and over until he responded about a week and a half later after we called from a totally different number with a different area codeHe told us at first he didn't receive the moneyThen a few days later after calling and calling again, he changed his excuse to not having the probe in stock and he was having it sent to him from another countryWe told him this was unacceptable and he then started to act like he didn't speak English and couldn't understand our disappointmentWe finally received a probe which was not a real probe but a total fake and not even a resemblance of the probe specified in the invoiceNow, over a month later, we are still with a useless probe and out $Herbert Werker lied to us and continues to lieHe refuses to give us our money back and wants us to spend more money to send this fake one to himI think he just wants to prolong this whole mess until we go away like all of the other people he has scammedAfter doing research he has stolen money from multiple customers and never sent anythingHe has multiple addresses, and if you call the number for his company he never answers, he has to call back, almost like he is calling via skypeThis person is very sketchy and I would say BUYER BEWARE

Review: My office ordered an ultrasound probe from Dow Medical that we have yet to receive. The finance department sent a check on 12/20/2013, for $[redacted] and [redacted] cashed that check on 12/26/2013. AS of today 1/17/2014 we still have not received the ultrasound probe. I called and ask him to please track the package and he stated, he sent it USPS, with no tracking. I have asked him multiple times to somehow track the ultrasound probe. He has procrastinated to the point where I have asked for him to send us the money in full back to us in a cashier’s check send by next day delivery with some form of tracking. He sent me an email that was very confusing, and I left him a message this morning stating that we are requesting for him to send us this payment back in full. I have not yet received a call from him, at this point he is not returning my calls, but will communicate over email.Desired Settlement: Our desired outcome is to have the payment back to us in full by 1/23/2014 in a cashiers check.

Review: We are a medical office and ordered an ultrasound probe from Dow Medical. We obtained in writing a 90 day warranty. The probe took over a month to receive and when it did Dow had sent the wrong one. When contacted the business blamed us for the mix up. We were instructed to send back and they would fix the problem. Upon return Dow refused to take the shipment denying correct address. I personally spoke to the owner who denied the incident. UPS confirmed his denial and sent me all information concerning the incident. Once they accepted the probe they exchanged the end and returned to us. Once again it was the incorrect end. At this point I requested a refund and I would return the probe. That is the last time I heard from the owner. I still have an ultrasound probe I paid a lot of money for and can not use.Desired Settlement: I want a refund and I will return the probe.

Review: We ordered an ultrasound transducer from DOW Medical over two months ago. After I spoke to [redacted], he claimed that it took four weeks to receive the wire transfer and that he was having delivery issues. I requested a refund and he never responded.Desired Settlement: I want our money back
