Mr [redacted] ,After we completed the [redacted] ' roofing project, we were unaware of any issues until talking to Mrs [redacted] We do not have any unreturned voice messages that she states.Our roofing installer was made aware of the issues that were presented to us promptly Keystone Builders was under the assumption that the installer and the homeowner met and resolved any problems.We were not notified that there were any unresolved issues until this complaint, however, we are not avoiding the [redacted] or any phone calls.The installer will be given a printed version of this complaint and told to contact and satisfy the customer This time we will verify thru him that the items have been corrected.We are sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused We have over sixty years of continuous, highly-satisfactory work
