Review: I spent over $400 in martial arts gear on Feb [redacted] and have not received it. They are impossible to get in touch with. When I did get In touch with them they claimed that they were backed up with their manufacturer and I would have my gear in one week. A month passed by and they said I will have it in a week again and they will credit me $40 for the shipping but it's been a month and I have not received this check. In addition I was again promised my gear in a week and I have not received it. For the last month I have been trying to reach them via email and phone but no one has responded back to me or contacted me. It has been over 3 months and they have not sent me my gear. I contacted them via email on:

They have never responded to my emails. They returned my call twice but they have not responded back to me since 4/** which is a month and a half ago.Desired Settlement: I would like delivery of my gear.

$40 refund for shipping.
