I originally called Dowd's Mechanical, Heating and Air Conditioning Incto service my central air conditioning unit in the summerThe mechanic arrived when they said he wouldHe serviced my air conditioner and, to my surprise, told me the price I was quoted also included a fall service of my heating systemA couple of weeks ago, the company called me to schedule my heater serviceOn Tuesday, the same mechanic returned to my house to service my heater, at no additional chargeMy entire experience with this company was Excellent! I will definitely continue to use and recommend they services

Hired Dowds to address a defrost issue with my unit Specifically chose them as a Trane specialist They were unable to figure it out, charged rates comparable to an attorney, and I ended up having to hire a different company to fix the matter Technician was unable to understand Trane equipment even though he is supposed to be a specialized service provider They were nice, this is not a personal attack, just a compentency issue
