On Feb 27,2016, I emailed a contract cancellation form for Interstate National to Barber RV as required by Interstate to process the formMrL***, the Finance Manager assured me he faxed it over right awayThe end of March when I hadn't heard anything from either company I followed up with Interstate on the cancellationThey informed me they did not have a cancellation in for me and we were still in active statusI called MrL***/Barber and said he would follow up with InterstateHe called me back to tell me they had the form and that he had re-faxed it just to make sure
I waited another month and still heard nothingThis is now the end of April, I followed up with a call to Interstate again, who again said that the contract was still activeBut he said he would look for the cancellation form and call me backBy May 5th I had not heard back and again called Interstate, this time I explained the whole long drawn out story of getting the run around between Barber
Returned purchased RV in three days to Barber RV because as agreed it would fit in our driveway and it did not The salesman and finance manager assured us with minor adjustments they made, RV would fit in driveway Both the salesman and finance manger assured us if it didn't fit we could return it for full refund RV hung over by 30" onto public sidewalk This was not acceptable We had put $15,down Returned RV next day on a SundayThis time we had to wait and talk to GM, he called salesman in who admitted to saying he would make it fit or we could return it GM looked at contract said it's not in writing we will not take it back We were going to leave it there but we're told we could not Dealership was closed next day Went back on Tuesday, talked to the GM again For $3,more he would buy it back or take it on consignment for nothing more After about a month, with no activity on sales of RV we paid the $3,to have them take it back We are out $18,000, fo
