Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint 1st of all I would like to start by saying again that my TV was not broken when I dropped it off If glue can be seen where it was broken, then it had to be applied in the store Further more you are right I wouldn't have done business with you if I had been treated like this in the past This situation is totally different Also I was not rude I was frustrated because I had been given the run around!!!! And your employee named Esmir accused me of breaking the TV before I brought it to you all! So any person in their right mind would be upset! Thats why I called you all SHADY! This whole situation was being handled in a extremely non transparent way! I will be in on this Saturday December 5th to pay off the loan and verify that the TV in pawn is indeed mine I then expect Fiesta Pawn to pay for it to be repaired I never said that I want a new TV I simply want my tv returned to me in the same condition that it was in when I dropped it off and that is UNDAMAGED!!! That is not too much to ask If your company does not move forward and repair the damages that you all caused I will report this to the Attorney General and other media outlets to let them know of your SHADY PRACTICES Regards,Harry Little

*** *** , I've been out searching for a new car all day at various car lots around the dfw area and haven't had any luck because of my ageBut despite my age the salespersons at Auto city by the name of *** and *** *** really helped me get into my new carThey helped me get into my Cadillac Deville and it is just perfectIt looks brand new and has low miles with a year warrantyI would like to recommend Auto city to anybody that have been recently denied at another car lot to come out and give the people who actually care a try

Donny Napier from business called and stated the customer paid $down payment, weather permitting ASAP They had to do work on the home before it could be moved They had to put wheels on it, the brake hubs were froze and had to thread the chaser through the lugsIt has rained ever
since they got the finished The ground has to be dry to move the home and they are going through someone else's property on a tight turn He told the customer he would do it and will but the ground has to be dry otherwise the home will sink to the axles

Had a wonderful experience at the auto city on 120 S. Buckner Dallas TX. [redacted] is the one to see when you go!!!

It was a great experience and the process wasn't stressful.

Worst car experience I have ever had. Purchased my vehicle 6 months ago and I am on my 4th repair. Twice had to pay out of pocket even though under warranty because Auto City could not get me in a rental fast enough and repair was going to be to long. Can't get a phone call back and won't work with you on getting out of a car that should not have been sold to begin with. My warranty is almost up and I can foresee there being more problems to come based on the fact it has had so many repairs to begin with. Was offered 5 free oil changes to give a positive review and still won't .

Before I went to Auto City on X-XX-XXXX I submitted a pre- credit application. I spoke with a Yesenia, Tory, [redacted], and Gaquita [redacted] They sent me a $500.00 coupon. I really appreciated that. However, I went to the [redacted] location on Buckner and Pat assisted me. I did let her know my credit is challenging, and was nervous about the process even though I had been pre-qualified. She was not able to help me, nor get a deal done. What a waste of time. She then sent me to some place down the road to E-Z Credit. As soon as I walked through the door he asked my name and immediately told me they were unable to help me. He said their entire company disqualified me. Why did Pat send me there when she knew they were unable to help me. Hey, please just save up some money and go to a reputable dealership that can and will go above and beyond to help you. This place is a joke along with their sales people. DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME, PLEASE.

I paid 2500 down on a 2012 Avenger. First week the brakes [redacted] up. Now keep in mind this is in Febuary of this year 2016. My brakes are still squeaking when they claimed they fixed them so now I'm riding down the freeway and my bumper falls off for no reason and them [redacted] don't even wanna give me a loaner even though it was not my fault. Come to find out that [redacted] wasn't on there right. Them when I turn my car off it makes a noise and Terry over there in Lancaster said that was normal. Auto City is full of [redacted] and don't even go by the contract. I told the [redacted] since y'all don't wanna give me a loaner cause I'm on my second day of missing work and kids missing school. Everyday them whatever mechanics have my car I'm deducting from my car note. [redacted] tnem
