This Tenant was beyond rude himself He used profanity on the very first call to set up an appointment He knew, as well as Home Warranty of America (HWA) that we were booked solid and that he had the choice to wait for our earliest appointment or have the Owner go back to Home Warranty of America to have someone else come out He chose to wait We did actually move up his appointment from a cancelation we had to try to accomodate him as well The warranty company absolutely will NOT replace something if it will run Rather than going back to the Owner of the home to let them handle the warranty company again he began harassing our Tech via text messageWe sent our owner out for the recall and he was rude to the owner as well who then had determined that we would not go back to the home The Property Management and Home Warranty Company were persuasive enough to get us to schedule the repair as long as [redacted] was not at the home The Property Management was going to come out for the appointment instead of [redacted] being there He was advised that the Property Management would be there and now we have a complaint here [redacted] was also rude and offensive using profanity and screaming on the phone at Stephanie the owner as she tried to explain how the rules/procedures are with HWA We cannot fix something unauthorized or we don't get paidOur hands are tied with how we can proceed with HWA

Allphase has sent the paperwork asked for by [redacted] twice [redacted] will not give information to Allphase as we are not the borrower I do not know why [redacted] is requesting this paperwork from this customer again but the documents requested were sent the first time we were asked to do so I have a source at [redacted] who confirmed that the paperwork was received

I apologize for not responding sooner, I thought I had done that We are working diligently with MrHrabar on a solution and we are happy to report that we have come to an agreement and will be finishing the roof in the near future

[redacted] and Allphase Construction have reached a resolution on any and all items Both Mr [redacted] and Allphase Construction are very satisfied with the results

I am happy to send the paperwork to you, I will mail everything to your home address today or Monday the latest

Have Allphase send me that information and I will send it to the appropriate dept as they are requesting; please mail all documents to my home address Marily told me this before, but I have*** saying they never rec'd and I have Allphase saying they sent If I have a copy of all that is needed I have the envelope ready to mail it to them so I can finalize it But I need all that was included on this message; also for some reason *** is asking for the check; so I think re-issuing a check directly to them (***) is needed to; they can include that Once I get all the paperwork necessary I will approve this Revdex.com response I just don't think I am asking for too much when I ask for what *** is needing and I will be MORE than thrilled to mail it to them directly along with the check they are owed
