I had [redacted] and his partner, [redacted] do a multitude of projects around my house to prepare it to go on the market. He did a fabulous job. He did about twenty hours of yard clean up, painting, installing a mailbox and installing outside light fixtures. His prices are very reasonable, he's very polite and quite dependable.
I would definitely hire him again. And, BTW, the house sold in 24 hours!","pos-1
