Dowling & O’Neil Insurance Agency requested cancellation of the Homeowners policy in question as soon as we were able to confirm that the applicant did not, in fact, want our Agency to secure coverage for her scheduled closing. Although we have attempted to effort the
cancellation of the Homeowners policy with the insurance carrier MPIUA (*** *** *** *** ***) and will continue to do so on the applicant's behalf, this transaction is subject to the prescribed timelines for the processing of return premiums that the MPIUA has put in place, and this has been communicated to the applicant
