I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. I understand that the guidelines put in place by MPIUA. I await a REFUND CHECK in the amount of $862.00 and if I dont receive the refund in a timely manner I'll be contacting the Revdex.com again to re-open the case.. I choose to accept this resolution and by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.
