Dowling Tree Service

This business came to my property for a free estimate in order to remove a pine tree and trim another tree.
After repeated phone and text communication, they finally came to my property and started the work. They had a crew of 6 people and four trucks. Very serious equipment. It was early in the afternoon, on Friday, with mild rain. Consequently, weather cleared up and rain stopped. Crew started working on trimming the tree and shortly after foremen came and talked to me and told be that they cannot continue the work because their tree climber will not work under the rain. I told him that I do not understand what is going on and pointed out the the rain stopped. He told me that they had to move on and there is a possibility that they may come on Saturday to finish the job and that the owner will contact me.
I tried calling the owner with no success. I texted him and he responded that " You will need to sign a contract before we perform any work on your property". I was never given a contract.
Why sending a crew out without having a contract with them for me to sign? I could not believe this company. I texted the owner back and told him that unless they come out Saturday morning to finish the job, our deal will be off! They never came and never called to apologize.
Furthermore, they removed plants, which were supposed to put back, and left them in a different area on my back yard.
This company was very unprofessional and would not recommend them to others in need of tree service.
