Review: I went to this business to have my sons' video game system repaired. It is a [redacted]. It had a crack in the top screen. That was on Nov.23, 2014. I was told that it would be no problem for them to have fixed by Christmas 2014. I left them an $80.00 deposit. I called them in 2 weeks to check on the progress and was told they were waiting for a screen from [redacted]. I said O.K. I called again 3 days before Christmas and was told the same thing, I said O.K. 2 weeks later when I called I was told the repair man was out because his wife gave birth. I said O.K. 2 more weeks go by and I called and was told the repair man was fired due to theft, but they were working on my game. I said O.K. 3 weeks later I called and was told it was done and to come pick it up in 1 hour. I arrived at the place waited 45 minutes and finally asked if I should return at a later date, I was told to wait for them to call me. I said O.K. 3 more weeks go by no call no nothing. I call them and they tell me they can't fix it and to come and pick it up. When I get there I wait another 45 minutes and when the owner finally comes to the counter he hands me a bag of loose parts( circuit boards, loose screws, wires) My sons' game was completely destroyed. When I refused to sign anything the owner swore at me in front of my child and told me he was going to call the police if I didn't leave. I have never been treated this way before EVER. After finally signing his receipt to get my $80.00 deposit and my mutilated game back I left, completely distraught.Desired Settlement: He needs to stand up and take responsibility for destroying this game that only needed a screen repair that they promised they could do. I want at least half of the funds to replace this system 75.00

Review: I am a gamer.I have done business with these guys a few times, sold them old video game consoles, got below average money for them, but that's my fault for taking their final lousy offer. I went in on Thursday the 10th with my son to get a copy of a game he wanted. It didn't work. I brought it back. They gave me another one that didn't work. I brought that back, and after another one that didn't work, today, July 16th, I simply asked for a refund for the lousy $7.43, because my son cracked his piggy bank for it. They refused and said it's against store policy to refund money. (They wont print receipts by the way). After I mentioned how I've gotten so many broken items from them, and didn't trust store credit, and wanted to report them to the Revdex.com for not getting a small refund, and walked out the door with my son towards my car the owner [redacted] began chasing behind us, with his pistol on him, screaming "get the [redacted] off my lot [redacted]!" And my son was terrified, I told [redacted] "That's exactly what I'm doing, and never coming back to you shady con artists" then he kept swearing and yelling at me telling me to come back on his lot after I was entering my car saying "you want a [redacted] problem [redacted] come over here" I just got in the car with him yelling "go ahead report me [redacted]". Apparently That hit a nerve with him, mentioning the Revdex.com, which I have never had to fill out one of these reports. The local police are aware of this place being shady as well, after I talked to them. They told me to file this report to you guys. Honestly I just can't believe what happened today. I was calm as I left that store until my 12 year old son and I were ambushed by this lunatic. I was simply a dissatisfied customer, then I was a little shook after that and my son was crying, knowing that [redacted] carries a gun and was chasing us. Not that protecting your home and business is a bad thing, but I did nothing to threaten him for him to scare my son that way.Awful language in front of my sonDesired Settlement: My son would like his $7.43 back just out of principal. Me, I just want them to stop ripping off people in my town, but would like him to get his money back. I saw bad reviews on their [redacted] page and thought it was a sick joke because they kept them up, now I know it was all dead serious. I'd really like to see them shut down.
