I want them to honor their obligation like I've did if they will do this to a veteran I can imagine what they will do to other people. I purchased two homes for my children turn key and payed forfilled my obligation they assured me they would fix all the problems its been four months when they delivered the largest of the homes the storm door was damaged by their set up crew still hasn't been fixed they were emailed a list and pictures and they received them at the main office. I'am a war veteran and these people have no integrity,all they are is talk no action, if you guys can't help me i'am considering legal action. when my son and children had no water due to one side not being connected it took them three weeks to get it fixed then one toilet would not work my son had to fix it, they still have not fixed the broken storm door I think they had a new door inside but their workers stole it I think not sure. I talked to [redacted] at the main office she assured me all repairs will be made they have had plenty of time to do the repairs Please help me with this issue i'am getting only lip service.! We are also at a disadvantage when a lot of the service that needs to be done is factory work and the factory is way behind. We at Down East Homes sent the factory a copy of the problems for this home, this was sent on 11/2/15. The factory told me they did the outside work, but could not do the inside work. Mr. [redacted] would not let them work on the inside because they were moving in. We have gotten a new door for them, and not sure who broke the door? I have been in contact with factory to get this done.90% of the problems is factory work. We are working hard with factory to get this done. Factory called customers and Down East Homes on 11/24/15 to let us know work will be scheduled for Dec. 2nd. [redacted]
