I am rejecting this response because: I received the check for $2,995 without associated taxes which were collected by them on the invoice. Dealership also owes taxes which they collected on...
another policy during sale of the car. This policy was cancelled before filling complaint on Revdex.com. They did send check for $799 without sending back taxes which they collected at time of sale. I think it's very common practice at this dealership to oversell the products which their customers don't need and then not refund money which was collected at sales. It's mind blowing that how arrogant and unapologetic staff is at this dealership. I will make sure to post my feedback on this matter to serve as heads up for other customers like me to save them from the staff at this dealership who have no regard for anyone else's time and money.
