August 19th I believe it was I ordered a set of [redacted] racing coilovers for my [redacted] ***, they told me it will take a maximum of weeks to receiveI kept in contact with them to find out what was happening, told me they didn't know and would let me know what was the deal, proceeded to tell me they were lost in shipping from hurricane HarveyTold me they spoke to [redacted] And they were sending them out the next week, weeks go by and I message them again askin what the deal was, they told me they were on the phone with [redacted]  to figure out what was going on and said they were gonna cancel the order the following Monday if there was no tracking numberMonday came and I asked for a tracking number, no response, messaged them everyday asking where they were and the tracking number and there was no responseI called [redacted]  myself and found out the product recently went out of stock and they had a set on hold for me but they never revived payment from down n

Had this company build front and rear axles for my *** and bought *** parts through them which they were an authorized dealer forI paid in full with lifetime warranty and they never paid they're suppliers for warranty and/or parts which is fraudI had issues with rear axle that was set up incorrectly and had to purchase parts to fix out of my pocketLegal action is my next option along with parts I paid for that weren't returned
