To whom it may concern (Revdex.com), I have received the complaint with the (Revdex.com) and promptly took care of the situationI Paid Mr [redacted] the full $1,with hopes to make peace and did not even ask for the $credit for the materials (fill gravel) that Mr [redacted] was able to keep and use Mr [redacted] seemed to be agreeable to not saying anything negative about Down Right Concrete or myselfI believe he was satisfied with the $1,Please reach out to Mr [redacted] so that we can get this settled from the viewpoint of the Revdex.com Thank You, [redacted]

I would NOT recommend Down Right Concrete to anyoneWe hired them to redo our pool area including re-plastering, replacing tile and coping, pouring a new concrete coping, demolition of existing cracked patio and re-pouring of a new concrete patioOn April 1st, 2016, we paid 50% upfront (approx$11K)We paid another $about weeks laterWe expected the project to be done by May 1st, or at least at some point during May at the very latest This business's method of operation with us was to keep stalling us with promises of deadlines that would come and goHe did finally pour the concrete coping after we mentioned getting a lawyer involvedAnd the coping is a messIt will have to be ripped out and redoneHe does not answer phone calls or emailsHe will only respond VIA TEXT when a customer has reached their frustration limit, mentioning a lawyerWe have asked for our money back in August and have not seen a dime Buyer bewareHe has done this to others if you read the Revdex.com reviews
He is very charming, nice and friendlyAnd honestly, SEEMS to know what he's talking aboutBut service is an "F" in my bookQuality of work we actually got to witness would be a "D"
My advice when hiring this company is to stick with SMALL projects that can be started and finished in one or two days, and do not pay more up front than you are comfortable with losingThis as been a nightmare for us personally and financially
