We hired this contractor Best In Class Remodeling, LLC (BIC) after meeting with them & discussing the project that we wanted done, finishing our basement When we signed the contract with them back in May of 2017, they had stated that they were a couple months out & we would be looking at the beginning of July to get started, which was no problemThey stated that when they finished up the couple of things that they were working on, they would be on our project full time & the project would take approximately days to completeWe were informed that they thought that it would go faster than that, but wanted to make sure they accounted for any minor set backs After weeks of no shows through out the project, multiple things being discussed & not completed, we were told that the project would be complete in October of When that didn't happen, they told us it would be done in December of In May of 2018, their sub contractors started to put a lien on our pro
