I spoke with the business owner on the phone and shared my concernsHe assured me that the mount was still in good shape and that he would work to finish it in the next month or twoAfter discussing the situation and options, I decided to give the owner more time to finish the jobI believe that he is sincere in his reasons for the job taking so long, and can empathize with his situation

I run a small hobby/business of taxidermy in Scott Depot, WV. not to be mistaken for my full time job at [redacted].  I am writing this letter in response to a complaint from [redacted]  I feel that my life situation was not given the proper respect and understanding it...

deserved.  Both of my parents have cancer and other health concerns.  As a result I have already lost my mother and my father is not improving.  I am also raising my 8 yr old daughter as a single father.  I am offering [redacted]h his property and his $150.00 deposit or hopefully granted more time to finish the job.  All of these life circumstances are not unique for me and I understand that.  I apologize it has taken so long.  I appreciate your understanding.Sincerely,[redacted]
