Down to Earth Construction Inc.

Review: I contacted Down to Earth for tree removal work. They provided a contract to remove several trees, which I signed and returned (9/4/2015). On 9/17/2015 I was informed several trees were removed and tree rounds/debris left at the residence that was all to be removed when the work was completed. Down to Earth informed me [redacted] would have to be contacted to interrupt service to remove approximately 3 remaining trees. Since 9/17/2015 I have not received any correspondence from Down to Earth even though I have emailed them asking for updates on 9/28/15, 11/22/2015, and 4/27/2016.Desired Settlement: Since the contract stated Down to Earth is to paid upon completion of work, I would like Down to Earth to either finish the tree removal or cancel the job and I pay $0.
