To whom this may concern, In Response to Ms [redacted] 's complaintCardenas Construction has always cared about our clients and the quality of work we perform on all our projectsAnd to this date we are willing in good faith to work with Ms [redacted] , in any way possibleHowever she is completely unresponsive, she had Cardenas Construction removed from the property thru a No Tresspass message, and has avoided any goodwill attempt we have made to correct or contact her to resolve any issue she may haveShe has continuously discredited our good name, and has falsely misrepresented facts about this projectCardenas Construction,has not, had any complaints in the twenty plus years in we have been in business, until this Ms [redacted] A brief background about Ms [redacted] from the months we have worked her, is that she is a documented con artist, uses unethical, fraudulent business practices to take advantage of unknowing hardworking small contractors and suppliersThere is a current fraud( case # [redacted] ,) against Ms [redacted] pertaining to this project and filed thru Escalon CA, PDMs [redacted] wrote a response on behalf of Cardenas Construction ( [redacted] , President [redacted] [redacted] *) Stating that Ms [redacted] had unethically used Cardenas Construction B- Lic to do Septic Work and subterranean plumbing, which we were never in agreement withMs [redacted] fraudulently Charged the septic material cost plus some $50,to a stolen Credit Card, which was red flagged and brought aware to [redacted] It was then that Ms [redacted] had informed Cardenas Construction.,Another unethical business practice- Ms [redacted] has also tried to discredit another electrical contractor, who was also able to write a response on Cardenas Constructions behalf ( [redacted] Electric CA Lic No [redacted] , Ph: [redacted] ) who did electrical work at the projectMs [redacted] had tried to go after his state bond, stating poor work quality and money owedShe was proven falseInvestigated further, ( [redacted] **) realized thru Mr [redacted] 's evidence, that Ms [redacted] was using Unlicensed Contractor- ( [redacted] ) supposedly her longtime business partner to run the project, do the septic work, electrical, and plumbing, which completely breached any agreement Cardenas Construction had with herAnother unlicensed contractor who Ms [redacted] brought in and breached any agreement we had was another plumber ( Boris dba- Handy Man Express Ph: 650-630-5259) who was unable to properly complete and get a plumbing inspection passed, was a major factor in Ms [redacted] 's unethical business practicesThese unlicensed tradesmen not associated with Cardenas Construction in any way caused major problems and delays, and a breach in any agreementsMs [redacted] has proven herself unethical in her statements and business practicesShe continues to tarnish our good name and put out statements about our companyWe have always been willing to in good faith to work with her in any way

In response to Ms ***’s complaintCC has since day one been willing to and still is willing to help Ms *** in any way possibleHowever she has been unresponsive, unreasonable, and only claiming financial reparations for mistakes she herself have made. After many attempts by CC to contact her and resolve any issues she may haveShe has been completely unresponsive. And not willing to allow us the proper opportunity to resolve the matterWhich we are willing to do in good faith.Ms ***s arguments do not hold meritCC was willing from day one and to this date more than willing to communicate with her face to faceBut she is hiding behind allegations and fraudulent claimsWhich turns out thru multiple evident claims by other Contractors and Vendors that dealt her on this project and have filed criminal cases against her, Ms *** is beyond and unwilling to any good faith attempts to rectify this and only ask for financial reward.It was Ms ***s hiring of an unlicensed General Contractor- (*** *** *** *** ***) to do the remainder of work , along with unlicensed plumber - ( *** *** ***) that started the project downfallShe terminated CC thru a no trespassing threatShe has breached any agreement, and after we were willing to resolve thru Contractors board , Ms *** was unresponsive and discredited our skill and quality of work, by bringing in other Contractors which she misled to believe that CC was unable and unqualified to do workI spoke to this Contractor ( Leer Construction) and after hearing the truth, he wrote a letter on our behalf which states that CC should have right to go back and fix any issue Ms *** hadShe was unresponsive We have tried many times over to resolve the matterBut it was Ms ***s unethical business practices that caused her financial woes, not CCWhy would she not allow us to do soWhen we have many letters on our behalf from Contractors and vendors who have dealt with Ms *** first hand, who state that CC is a capable and willing Company.Please, we just wish to do the right thingBut we believe that , Ms *** is asking for financial reparations which she herself have incurred thru fraudulent business misconductAnd after many attempts to communicate to resolve, she is unwilling
