I met this company at a booth at the Wisconsin State Faira guy named Mark, he sounded like a good person and he bashed the price I was paying for Dish Network and that Exede Internet would be cheaper and super fastHe hounded my phone and text for months to switch, promising and reassuring me I would not be disappointed and if I was to call and he would handle it,first off, had to pay a [redacted] start up fee which he never mentioned, then installers come out and want $ [redacted] installation fee, I told them to leave, they called back and said sorry, that was a error and it would be freeInstalled, my internet runs super slow, I call text Mark, he tells me it is impossible that I used the data usage in ten days and that my children and wife or my neighbor is using my internet, I tell him that it is hard wired and not and I have no wife or children, he calls me a liar and that he told me that he was going to save me moneyThe bill comes, the promised amount is only for a month period, I call Mark up and ask him what the price is after months, he then shouts that I am a liar and never got no letter in the mail and quite frankly he is done taking my callsThis man is only out for sales, he does not care about what happens afterwardsI am very disappointed and am switching to a new providerOne should note previous to this I was with Hughs Net years and dish network years

At the Wisconsin State Fair this year, I spoke st length with Trevor P [redacted] about changing from Uverse to DirectTV. Gave him ALL my information, stayed while he called AT&T for me to verify the account was in my name, and left expecting a call from AT&T to set up my Direct TV account. No call received. Called Jim P [redacted] and left a message for him to return my call. No call received. Today I finally called AT&T and changed my account with them. They had no information from Down to Earth regarding the change to my account. Closed my checking because of them. What a terrible company.

This man is only out for sales, he does not care about what happens afterwards. I am very disappointed and am switching to a new provider.. One should note previous to this I was with Hughs Net 6 years and dish network 8 years..
