I am sorry the clients feels this way but honestly we take pride in our work and stand by it This is why we stressed the importance of treating the turf from the beginning According to the estimate regarding the fescue it originally states it was for topsoil, sod cutter to cut out old sod and relay and to re grade When this didn't work because the sod was to brittle and not in good shape we bought the new sod and took out old sod and relayed the new sod which was green when installed The purchase of the new sod was not included in the original estimate The army worms were not caught in time on this part of the turf and did not exist before we installed it As for the Zoysia when we were out re-adjusting the irrigation system we noticed that there were army worms and we called for this to be treated the next day We told the client that it needed to be treated so they wouldn't loose there grass The Zoysia was saved as a result Looking back over the estimate I do not see anywhere that it was stated to mulch the front We would never take advantage of a client There are a lot of additional items that we provided for the client with out charge We pressure washed driveway free of charge, purchased and relayed sod, came out to the property three times to adjust irrigation system and spoke over the phone one time to walk them threw it Also installed edging at no cost and removed stumps at no charge and removed hardscape left behind by another contractor I believe we have been more than fair
