Terrible Social Security Disability attorneys!!!! Did not work my case like should have been done and contacted me the day before my hearingResulted in an Unfavorable decision because my attorney last name of Parker didn't stand up to Social Security judge and he went along with whatever they wanted him to doClients have no representationHad to get a Real attorney and appeal the judges decision which only has a percent chanceSORRY [redacted] ATTORNEY!

I new it was going to take years to get SSI but when it came down to me going to court with one of there attorney's she asked me grand total of questions and did not respond to whatever the judge saidI supplied all medical evidence (65pages) and all they did is ask question and resubmitted until all resources were depleted They made submittals to SSI without changing anything on the paperwork that was new and should of been updatedSo I had one back surgery and now need a second (back fusion)

When I first called this Association, I was needing to know first of all, how I would pay them. I was told,they were paid, if I won my case, by the back pay I would receive.. I did everything they asked me to do. I sent them all the reports they ask me to get. I applied for my disability in 2013. When I did not receive my disability, I was declined, I had to keep working to pay my bills. I made, they said, too much money, to start my disability, at that time. I made so little I really did or understand. Well that was ok but, they started my disability the next year, 2014. Well from that time, I had to wait 5 months, so that started my disability in July of that year. I did not receive very much back pay at all. This law firm received their pay from that, which was great. The only thing was, then they send me a bill for almost $100.00. I called them and they said that was for them getting reports from my Doctors. I really do not know why they did this, because, I sent them reports, and so did my Dr. I think they just want more money because I did not receive enough back pay for them.
