This is our second time using Ideal Carpet Cleaning and I would certainly recommend them to anyone wishing to have their carpets & upholstery cleaned They are very courteous, professional and customer service oriented Our carpets look like new!
I chose Ideal Carpet Cleaning further to a recommendation from a friend. When I checked their website, they advertise a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee or the job is free. In fact, the sales rep. said they charge higher fees because of this guarantee. Here is a direct quote from their website:
"Do You Guarentee Your Work?
If you aren't happy with our work, we will re-clean the area for free. And if you still aren't completely satisfied, you pay nothing. Not one cent. At Ideal, nothing is more important to us than your complete and total satisfaction."
I found the customer service reps. to be very professional and polite. In fact, they returned to our home at least 5 times to attempt to remove pet stains. My complaint is not about their staff. However, we are still not satisfied with the job and the company will not issue a refund despite repeated verbal assurances that they would.
