Revdex.com: regardless that the company paid to have the damage their technician sis to my vehicle I will never use Downeast Glass again NOR will I ever recommend them to anyone I took a month to get this situation resolved A lot of frustration and aggravation and inconvenience The technician is not educated on how quickly rust forma when paint is scratched from the surface He said, "rust doesn't form overnight"Well the body shop educated me stating rust forms quickly with humidity and rain There was a lot of that while the metal was exposed
