The complaint from Michelle [redacted] does not reflect the accurate events, time frames or her lack of interpretation of her visit from Dr [redacted] officeMichelle did contact our office for a examination, prophylaxis and x-raysWe verified her insurance on 11/17/16, the same day of her visitThe insurance claim was then submitted to her insurance on 11/17/electronicallyWe received the EOB from Michelle's insurance company on 11/28/outlining they were not covering the x-ray portion Michelle would have received the same EOB before our office by lawA billing statement from our office was then mailed out on 12/3/to Michelle? Regarding the statements from Michelle that Dr [redacted] made about "her beauty and making her prettier" or "discuss her opinion on beauty", these statements are totally not accurate and fabricatedHow does anyone misinterpret ENHANCE YOUR SMILE into her statements! ? Michelle's husband called our office on 12/14/and talked to Edita about the billing statement and the $charge for the x-raysWe told her husband that originally the insurance told us they were covering Michelle's visit (x-rays) on 11/17/and then they sent the EOB out not covering themAs a new patient with past extensive restoration work done and pain in her back gums, the x-rays were important for us to see what was going onEdita told her husband she would talk to Dr [redacted] and get back to himAfter talking with Dr [redacted] ? Edita called Michelle's husband on his cell phone on 12/15/and left a message that we were waiving the fee for the x-rays...NOT A WEEK LATER! THE NEXT DAY!!! This complaint was written on 12/19/That is not even a week after the 12/14/conversation with Michelle's husband as her complaint reads?
