I have taken down all cabinets and completely refinished them to her satisfaction I sprayed all the cabinets with another coats of oil base paint to make them nice and smooth I even added crown mold all the way around the upper cabinets We have installed all the new
electrical, lights, countertops and waiting on the vinyl floor to arrive, so we are 90% complete with the kitchen remodel Her plumber is hooking up new sink, faucet, garbage disposal, dishwasher, fridge for ice maker, and water filter system which wasn't included in my bid We have worked really hard to finish her kitchen and provide high quality workI can provide updated pictures as wellIf you have any questions or concerns please call me at ***Thank you,Derick M***

We really have nothing we can add other than to reiterate that it is not possible for our software to perform as alleged by the complaining party.

As I understand the complaint, he is unhappy because we were unable to immediately assist him in reinstalling our software onto his device. That is true, we haven't any availability as all of our technicians are completely booked for today. I also understand that efforts were made to try and...

schedule him for tomorrow and the complainant refused raising his voice. The complainant was forwarded to a supervisor who again explained the circumstances to the complainant. The complainant remained adamant that it was going to happen today or else he would contact his attorney. Our employees followed our procedure and treated the complainant with more than the level of courtesy he returned. We are still unable to get the software installed today and we are happy to schedule him for the next open appointment time.

I am rejecting this response because: your company did indeed caused irreversible damage to my data stored on my computer, no action was taken on your part to correct this, and this needs to be resolved and compensated. I am very sure your telephone lines are recorded and the conversation during this upgrade was recorded, which will verify the information you stated is definitely false. Your staff remotes to my computer and destroyed all of files.
