This is in response to [redacted] ’s claim that we have not contacted him on his claim and a very serious comment about storage being held hostage[redacted] and I have played phone tag for weeks in regard to his claim, he is in Connecticut, I’m in Massachusetts, all we require is a visit to inspect furniture damagedI’ve called him June 16th, June 18th and today June I was also out of the office the first week we began the processI left him a voice mail again trying to set up a meeting today.Second complaint that we held his furniture hostage is incorrect, his insurance company had not submitted a payment for his services and we told him until payment was received we could not make delivery as is our company policy, he decided to put on his credit card to insure delivery the day he requested and insurance company is now paying him directlyIf credit card is cancelled as in his letter to you, he will be receiving payment that is meant for our services and this is also unacceptableHe received his furniture and we are working on his claim, our process is 30-days to complete the claimAll further contact regarding this matter should go to the attention

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] After stating that he would repair or replace all of the items that were broken or damaged (where the damage was not previously documented on the manifest they created when they first packed and picked up the furniture), the owner of this business is now refusing to pay for damages that based on his own documentation did not exist when the furniture was taken in to storageThe amount of damages involved is in excess of $1, Regards, [redacted]

I am not and never have been associated with Banshee Moving. That company is not at this address. Any issues with Banshee Moving should be directed to them not to me as I have no affiliation with them.to

payment will be delivered no later than 4/14/17 as long as negative reviews are deleted. we were given less than 24 hours to rectify the issue before they started sending negative reviews as if it would speed payment. thank you

Payment should have been made by March 15 and at that time, we said that we would go forward with formal complaints if we did not receive payment.  We received a check that bounced.  We only received the notice from the bank on April 4th that the check bounced, however, I am sure that Downey received notice of insufficient funds from their bank before that time.  There should have been an attempt to rectify the situation on their part earlier.  We are the aggrieved party here so there should be no conditions on a payment that should have been made.  We also have no assurance that Downey Moving is able to make the payment.  We would entertain the request to delete bad reviews once the payment is made.  We would like payment within 5 business days.  We have been waiting 4 months already.
