We have reviewed Mr [redacted]'s account and unfortunately there are no notes listed. The employee who was working here at the time of his complaint no longer is employed here due to issues much like this. Customer calls not returned, account not noted properly...etc. The new Office...
manager was unaware of the situation and as part of her job was sending out letters to accounts with past due balances. Mr. [redacted]'s account is considered paid in full as the invoice for the service has been deleted and a letter sent that included a certificate for a free Aeration this fall. This is not the way we do business here at Downing Lawn Care LLC and no other such complaints have been reported. We consider this matter to be settled.
