They painted the exterior of our home in Dec The first crew didn't come when they said they would, and didn't use primer and the paint was spottyWe asked for a different crew and the correct primer and paint to be usedThe crew supervisor, Josh, was very rude and accused us of lyingWe have home security and could see when the crew came and left We had spotty paint months after they finishedWe have been trying to get the issue corrected since July We have been through a Sherwin Williams rep, paint tests, and a half done caulking job that has left our home looking awfulThey won't return our emails and have threatened that if we "rush them" then our warranty will be voidWe just want the job completed that we paid forI would not recommend this company at all!

I was impressed from start to finish.!!! The estimate, painting sample colors, promptness, clean up at the end of each day and working along with my schedule I highly reccommend this company and look forward to using them in the future

False advertisementIt sets you up stating free and then you are told to pay $1.99, but you are charged $37.86 once billed.I want a refund because on April 29, I attempted purchase an item for $1.99 on another site and when I attempted to pay the $1.99 I received notification I was charged $37.86. I want ALL of my money back! When I called 1.800.362.9714 it just rings and then hangs up. The 1.800.238.2197 is a voice mail asking for your information and you never get to speak to any one. It tell you that an email will be sent to you, no call back but an email. Who does business like this. Its a rip off.Desired SettlementI just want a FULL refund of $37.86 and they put everything out there so that consumers will know up front what they are being charged. Stop the false advertisement. Free means free!Doing business via voicemail is crazy, I should have attempted to call them first than I would have know not to use the site. They don't answer the phone only via voicemail.Business Response Dear Customer,Your membership has been refunded in full. Please allow 3-5 days for this refund to post to your account.ThanksSupport

My account was charged $70.94. I did not authorize that amount. I authorized a charge of $9.99.I was attempting to download Adobe Reader when a screen came up asking me to select which software option I wanted. I selected a $9.99 option and deselected all other add-on options. When I checked my account later in the day I found that Download Pros charged me $70.94. I did NOT authorize that amount. It turns out that Adobe Reader is entirely free to download. Download Pros is redirecting folks to their site to charge for the free software.Desired SettlementRefund all charges.

May 4, 2016As a society we have come to accept dishonesty as something that is normal. Something we should expect. From the days of the horse traders to [redacted]. Used car salesmen to contractors to auto repair businesses. The list seems endless and it is. It?s not paranoid to think that most businesses will scam you if given the chance. So we must be on our guard. We must be vigilant when buying anything. We need to read labels, read reviews (not all are true) and research services. We have to do a lot of work just to keep from being ripped off. Honesty has been unlearned. It would be naïve of us to think otherwise. But naïve I was on the morning of April 30 2016. I wanted to download [redacted] Search and Destroy software. So I put in a search for it and came up with [redacted]?s website. Or so I thought. Nothing looked strange or abnormal about the site. I clicked ?download? and came to a page trying to sell me a better version of the software or so I thought. It was $16+ for 3 years. So I thought ok that sounds like a great deal. I?ll take it! Big mistake. I download the software and install it. It?s a free version of [redacted] S&D. While I?m trying to work through that I get an email from my credit card company (I have alerts set up). The email says ?Your account was charged $88.82 at Download Pros.? I went back to the website and find out that I haven?t paid $16 for [redacted] S&D but instead I was paying for a download service that neither I or anyone else on the planet would ever need or want.I?m starting to get ?it?. I cancel the membership to this ?service? immediately. This all took place in less than an hour. I had been scammed and I sent them an email from their site and said that. I also threatened them with the Revdex.com and the FTC if my money wasn?t returned. This wasn?t an honest business so I knew it wasn?t going to be that easy.I do see the irony of trying to buy an app to protect me from dishonest people from a dishonest companyProduct_Or_Service: [redacted] S&D softwareDesired SettlementFull refund of $88.82 charged to my credit card.Business Response Dear Customer,Your membership has been refunded in full. I wanted to download [redacted] Internet Security so went to that site. Downloadpros portrayed themselves as an official of that site. I was cheated.I was on an avast.com internet site to download one of their programs. Downloadpros showed themselves as a license place for [redacted]. When I learned of the mistake that I had made and learned that I had paid more than double what I thought the price was, I tried to get my money back from [redacted]. They emailed me to say that "Downloadpros" was a scam operation. I then went to my credit card company and reported the scam and got my money back. I wanted to alert others to the dangers of downloadpros.com.Desired SettlementI want them to quit advertising on sites that don't belong to their business.Business Response Dear Customer,Your membership has been refunded in full. Attempted to download Avast.Instead it said that I had downloaded DownloadPros. They charged me 2 charges of $70.94 each. They will not credit refund.5/30/2016. Was downloading Avast, I thought, for computer. Then computer said I'd downloaded DownloadPros. Got email thanking me for getting DownloadPros but never any instructions or email telling me what it even was or how it was used. Responded to the original email that I had downloaded unbeknownst to me and requested they cancel my account and issue a full refund. Received response that my account would be credited all but $9.99 to my account within 2-10 business days. DownloadPros had charged my credit card 2 charges the same day for $70.94 each, for a total of $141.88. I certainly did not download it twice on the same day...didn't know I'd even done it once! I have called the number on my bill for DownloadPros several times and have never been able to talk to a live person. It says it will send an email to me but they never have. Emails to them now are never returned. Today is 6-16-16 and no refund yet. Desired SettlementI want a full refund of the two charges to my account for $141.88.Business Response Dear Customer,Your memberships have been refunded in full. Please allow 3-5 days for these refunds to post to your account.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)On 6/16/16 I filed my complaint. On 6/22/16 I received an email from Revdex.com stating that the company had responded that my "memberships have been refunded in full." As to why I was charged twice, I will never know. But on 6/24/2016 I checked my account and there were two refunds there for the full refund of the charges which totaled $141.88. Thank you, Revdex.com, for standing up for me and getting a positive response from DownloadPros. They virtually ignored my requests previously.

My husband and I were attempting to download Adobe Acrobat reader to our computer and were directed to this site. We were under the impression that we were paying $1.95 for a year of the download. Next my husband checked our account and we were charged close to $50. I immediately called the company who were closed and emailed them. I had not heard from them even when calling during their listed business hours. When you call it says they are closed even though it's within their open hours. I feel that we were majorly deceived and would like resolution to this problem.Desired SettlementI would like a full refund. The site claims if you have a billing dispute they refund you all but $9.95 for a "processing fee" which I feel is another scam to rip people off.

I was on the AVG website to download a free anti virus program. I was hijacked to "Download Pros" and charged $88 on my credit card. After I saw the fees, I called AVG and was told that "Download Pros" was not part of AVG and I may be at risk from their software. AVG has a satisfaction garenty and that's what I thought I was paying for. Instead, I found out that they are charging for a free download and I want a refundDesired SettlementRefund the $88 I was charged
