The first call that I received from this customer was before the tent was taken downHe told me that we hit his sprinkler systemI told him that he told my employees where to set up the tent and my employees assured me that they did not hit any linesThen after the tent was taken down he called
back and said that it was not a sprinkler line but we hit a sprinkler headWe did return his callsKen is a general contractor and this customer would not have been able to get in touch with Ken had I not talked with himAfter Ken went out there he told me that anyone one of his quests that attended the party could have bumped the sprinkler head offI can not understand why he is blaming us when so many people walked through his yardWe have been putting up tents for over years and have never damaged or hit someones sprinkler headI feel it is very unreasonable to assume that we damaged itAlso, it is a very inexpensive part to replaceIn summary, we did return his callIt may have taken a few days since this is our busy season and I needed to talk with the employees that put up the tent He would not have been able to reach Ken or I would not have sent Ken out if I did not talk to this customerLastly, I do not feel responsible because I got a call before we took down the tent and then one after stating a different problemAnyone could have damaged the head just by walking on itI sent Ken out because I felt he needed to look at the lineNothing was wrong with the lineAgain, the first call he said we may have hit the line and that was before the take down of the tent

The tent was rented over the weekend of June 17-19.I used our sprinkler system on Monday, June 20th and it worked perfectly.The company removed the tent on Tuesday June 21st.Wednesday, June 22nd, the sprinkler system was not working properly. A head near the corner of the tent was broken off, and placed back in the hole very carefully. The head sits out of the ground about a foot.I placed my first call to the company that day. No return call. I called again on Thursday, June 23rd and did not receive a return call. After an email and another voicemail, I finally received a return call from Ken on Monday, June 27th at 10:AM. It took nearly a week from my first call (and after repeated calls) to get someone to respond. To this day, the owner of this company has NEVER picked up the phone to resolve this issue. In fact, I NEVER received a return call from them to let me know they would or would not take care of this issue.I am amazed that the owner of this company is so out of touch with what is really happening, and would never take minutes of her time to call a customer, when there is an issue such as this, and attempt to make it right. At this point, it is not about the money or my time to fix the sprinkler. I want other customers to fully understand that if you rent from this company, and there is an issue, here is what you can expect:No return calls from the company until you are persistent enough to make them realize you will simply not "go away" It may take a week and multiple calls, but why would anyone expect good service from this company?Excuses about how it clearly was not their employees, it was not their fault, etc.An owner who cannot pick up the phone and attempt to resolve an issue amicably.I have NEVER filed a Revdex.com complaint prior to this issue, and hope more than anything other customers who read this will realize that this company will damage your property and make no attempt to reconcile the issue. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK

I am sorry that you feel that Ignored you in this caseAs the owner, I assign the most knowledgeable person either internally or externally who is in a better position to identify the cause of the situation and then give a recommendation of how to proceedIn this case I had Ken (because he is extremely knowledgeable in these types of systems) call you and give me details of this situationI did spend time talking with my employees to get the factsI hire good honest reliable peopleThey are honest with meIn this case, based on what Ken saw upon his visit and from my feedback from my employees, I am 100% confident that this was not our fault

Company responded to the complaint by phone 7/19/16-[redacted]Ms. D[redacted] states that the consumer called them the evening before the party. Ms. D[redacted] advised her that it would be tough but they would be willing to help the consumer out. She states that she had to have her driver and other employees stay...

late on Thursday night to get the truck packed for the consumer's order. Ms. D[redacted] states that they provided the consumer with the confirmation number over the phone when payment was received. She states that the consumer called on Friday morning at 6:00 am to cancel. She states that the driver was in route when the consumer called back to make sure they knew to cancel the order. Ms. D[redacted] states that their normal cancellation policy is 2 weeks prior to the stuff being delivered. She states that they did refund the consumer half and the other was used for their inconvenience.

Again, there was no signed contract, informing me that I would be responsible for any cancellation fees.  This this was a verbal agreement and nor was I refunded 50% of the total.  This is completely inaccurate.
