AND THE DELIVERY DRIVER FORGED A SIGNATURE THAT IS NO WHERE NEAR READABLE OR RECOGNIZABLE!!!!!!!! I'm sure he was in a hurry and had more deliveries, but this was unacceptable They continued to call me a liar, believed delivery slip and REFUSED TO REPLACE DAMAGED OTTOMANTHEY GAVE ME AN ULTIMATUM 10% OFF DAMAGED PIECE OR RETURN FOR REFUND WOULD NOT REPLACE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTED!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISORS AS I WAS TOLD, SAID THEY WERE OUT OF HOUSTON, TXBUT CALLED ME WITH CINNCINATTI, OHNUMBERS BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM OLEJO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased risers for our new bed to raise it off the floor and upon receipt, they were not tall enoughContacted Olejo, Inc and told them that the risers did not work for me and that I wanted to return themThey said they wanted picturesSent them pictures, and they claimed they didn't understand what I was sayingSent more pictures...and nothingI did not receive a call back, the phone just ring and ringLeft messages when an answering machine picked up and the messages went unansweredFinally returned the risers to the same shipping address and years later...nothing! Very shady businessNever received a refund on any portion of the $spentWOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!! Horrible customer service!!!

Dec. 2013 I ordered 2 Lane recliner chairs. It took 2 months to get them. Then I had to file a warranty claim on both for poor lumbar support padding and foot rest mechanism problem. Two months later they sent a man to add padding and order a new foot rest part.
Then again in August of 2014 I needed to file a claim again. They him med and hawes for months. They contacted Lane and new chairs were to be made. Months later and multiple calls and emails, they made 1 chair. They make replacement chairs as time permits. Only 1 chair. Still waiting delivery of it. The second chair will come in approximately 8 weeks. That is 8 weeks to make 1 chair.
Satisfaction Garrentee! Not for me. Would not refund my money when asked several times. It is now May 2015.

I have received the refund, but feel a more appropriate apology than another excuse blaming the bank for the delay.
